LED UV curable ink can be used to print on different media, like plastic, acrylic, metal, wood, glass, crystal, porcelain, etc. almost all hard and soft media.
LED UV curable inks, it can print on the media that traditional mercury UV inks can, but also it can print on the heat-sensitive material which traditional UV inks can’t do.

Packaging
250ml, 500ml, 1 liter or 5 liter bottles for UV curable inks.
For 250ML pack, 60 pcs/ carton, carton size:63.5*38*15CM, gross weight:17KG.
For 500ML pack, 30 pcs/ carton, carton size:49*40*18.5CM, gross weight:17KG.
For 1 L pack, 12 pcs/ carton, carton size:38.5*29.5*23.5CM, gross weight:13KG.

UV Ink Changeover
Clean your Ink system, filters and printhead with UV cleaning solution, before filling Vancolors LED UV Ink,
it is better to shake up the inks before using, especially the white inks.
 
Storage
To be stored in cool, dry, dark and clean place with ideal temperature 10-40℃ ( 50-104οF).Storage period is 1 year in unsealed condition.
 
Notice
This product should be stored in black, airtight container, avoid direct sunlight, keep away from heat and children.
Avoid contact skin when the ink is not curing, if accidentally touch, wipe immediately with tissue, and then wash with soap,
go to the hospital timely if skin sensitivity occurs.
Use Vancolors UV cleaning solution to clean the ink tube, printhead before use, to avoid any damages to the nozzle.
Please shake it before using the white UV ink.
Keep the surface of the media clean and dry before printing.
